Waiting For Baby...

We are getting ready for the little one's arrival! The baby loft is full of jungle friends waiting to meet "junior." Even Rockni is starting to bond with the rapidly growing baby in my belly. Joe and I are having fun watching my belly morph with big kicks and turns in the evenings. Here is my belly at 37 weeks -- we're full term :)

Happy 3rd Birthday Rockni!

We took a quick trip to Baltimore for Rockni's birthday (Sept 12) to get away and spend some time together. Rockni LOVED hanging out in the hotel and got SO much attention as we were walking around. My budding belly is 32 weeks :)

35 Week Road Trip to Notre Dame

Joe FINALLY got me on Notre Dame's campus this past weekend for the opportunity to gather with some great friends and enjoy a nail biting Irish victory. We have been following my brother Todd and the Huskers so closely through the past few football seasons that I hadn't been able to make the trip. No better time than my 35th week of pregnancy, right? Most would think I'm crazy for making a 10 hour road trip with this belly but check out the cozy set up my hubby had laid out for me in the back of the car. I had a great post call snooze after working in the ICU and we got to catch up with the Notre Dame crew and enjoy the beautiful fall on campus.
